Israel Hayom

The first issue of Israel Hayom appeared on July 30, 2007. The paper was initially published five days a week, Sunday through Thursday. On November 20, 2009, the newspaper added an expansive weekend edition, published on Fridays.

On June 9, 2011, the English Edition of Israel Hayom was launched as an online newsletter, published six days a week. We bring you a detailed selection of the Hebrew edition, with a particular focus on opinions and analysis along with original comment pieces.

According to the latest survey by the TGI market research company, Israel Hayom has a 39.3 percent exposure rate, maintaining its position as the most read daily newspaper in Israel for the third year in a row.

In just over five years, we have sparked great curiosity among both readers and competitors, and have become an integral part of the busy daily routine of hundreds of thousands of Israeli men and women.

Trustworthiness – We were the first news media outlet to establish a fact-checking department. We check, in advance, every fact and detail that we publish.

Transparency – We appointed an ombudsman, an experienced veteran journalist, who is available to the public, and without fear or trepidation examines every complaint, comment and criticism.

Full Disclosure – We will not give a hand to "spin," nor will we quote anonymous sources without drawing readers' attention to the sources' reliability.
