Graffiti was found scrawled on a church near Jerusalem's Old City on Tuesday morning, Army Radio reported.
The graffiti included anti-Jesus sentiment, as well as the phrase "price tag,” a term used for acts of violence and vandalism carried out by the extreme Right in protest against such government acts as outpost evacuations.
Police are investigating the incident, which took place at the Abbey of the Dormition, a Benedictine church on Mount Zion, not far from the Old City walls.
Last month, offensive graffiti was found on a monastery in Latrun and the entry door was torched, in what police suspected was a "price-tag" attack in retaliation for recent evacuations of illegal outposts in Judea and Samaria.
