A Palestinian car was torched and threatening graffiti was scrawled on a wall in the Arab village of Beit Umar, southwest of Jerusalem, on Monday night in what appears to be a suspected nationalistic attacks against Arabs in Judea and Samaria.
"Price tag. The only good Arab is a dead Arab. Vengeance for Yitzhar" and "This time on buildings, next time on humans," were scrawled on walls in the village.
The Israel Defense Forces reported that it was searching for the perpetrators, and that incidents like this distracted the army from carrying out its primary mission to protect the citizens of Israel.
