A retired police major general. In his last positions on the Israel Police force, he established and headed the police International Investigations Division, commanded the Community and Civil Guard Branch, and led the Investigations Branch. He graduated in law from Tel Aviv University and is an attorney by training. In addition, he is a consultant on police, investigative, and legal affairs.
