The streaming giant's search is focused on people who have "independent judgment, discretion, and outstanding customer service skills". They must also be with the ability to "operate with little direction and a lot of self-motivation."
"The Netflix Aviation department provides exceptional, safe, confidential air transportation," the advert said. It added that the team "helps Netflix reach the world more efficiently and effectively so the company can continue to create joy around the world."
On Thursday the company is scheduled to file its latest figures for earnings for the final quarter of 2022.
