Of the 800 suspects detained in the Al-Shifa hospital, 480 have been confirmed as terrorists of the Hamas or Palestinian Islamic Jihad terror organizations, the IDF announced Sunday.

The military said in a statement that it continues its operation in the hospital, where in the past, troops discovered terror networks and weapons.

Some of the Israeli hostages that were abducted on Oct. 7 were also taken to Al-Shifa.
