Fire crews from the Keren Kayemeth-LeIsrael – Jewish National Fund (KKL-JNF) and the Israel Nature and Parks Authority were battling more than ten active wildfire sites across northern Israel following rocket launches and interceptions in the Upper Galilee and Golan Heights regions. Some 20 firefighting teams from the northern district and reinforcements from other areas have been deployed to the significant blaze locations. In the Upper Galilee, a massive wildfire was raging in the Biriya Forest, with numerous crews working to contain the inferno. In the Golan Heights, multiple fires have broken out in open areas near the towns of Kela, Katzrin, and El Rom in the wake of the attacks.
