Hamas has released a 4-minute propaganda video of Israeli hostage Evyatar David, who has been held in Gaza for 669 days. His appearance is shocking – skeletal, frail, and barely able to stand as he stumbles through the narrow underground tunnel where he's being kept.
In one harrowing scene, Evyatar is seen digging what appears to be his own grave under the watch of a Hamas terrorist. The contrast is striking: while David's condition suggests severe malnutrition, the hand of the Hamas operative, visible in the frame, appears healthy and well-fed.

Hamas is holding hostages in inhumane conditions, methodically starving them while ensuring their own terrorists remain well-nourished, brazen enough to publish the evidence themselves.
Yet despite the shocking imagery, Evyatar's emaciated figure has been absent from most major international headlines. There are no top stories declaring, "Hostage starves in Gaza." The silence is deafening – and dangerous.
It's been less than two years since October 7, yet much of the world seems to have moved on. Evyatar David remains in captivity alongside 49 other hostages, their plight fading from global attention.
