Emergency services responded to a collision near Kfar Yona, just off the coastal town of Netanya north of Tel Aviv, on Thursday morning after a vehicle struck pedestrians at a bus stop before the driver continued without stopping. The terrorist's Toyota truck found near the scene as manhunt launched.

Eight individuals were injured in the incident, with two 20-year-old man and woman sustaining moderate injuries to their limbs and chest, another three in moderate condition, and three suffering light wounds. The collision occurred on Route 57 at the entrance to Kfar Yona, prompting the deployment of substantial emergency response teams to assist the victims. The drive fled the scene but his abandoned Toyota truck was found not far from the area.

An eyewitness described the scene, "I was not far from there and heard a loud crash. I saw all the glass at the bus station shattered. There was panic and screaming, and several injured people were lying near the station. Ambulances arrived very quickly and began treating the wounded."

A missing AirPod played a pivotal role in helping authorities in Florida apprehend a hit-and-run suspect who struck a teenager on a bicycle, according to the Martin County Sheriff's Office in Florida.

On May 29, 15-year-old Lachlan Nichol was cycling in Jensen Beach when an SUV collided with him. The impact propelled Nichol into the passenger window, causing one of his AirPods to dislodge and become lodged under a floor mat inside the vehicle.

Law enforcement officials traced the errant earbud to a specific address. There, they discovered an individual had attempted to conceal a silver Santa Fe SUV, the vehicle involved in the incident, behind a residence.

The vehicle's owner, 49-year-old Peter Swing, confessed to deputies that he was the driver responsible for the collision. He admitted to fleeing the scene due to panic, citing a prior prison sentence for drug charges as the impetus for his actions.

Swing was promptly arrested and taken into custody at the county jail. "I think the family will undoubtedly feel some measure of justice, but we can't undo what happened and I think the real sting here is that he left an unconscious child in a dark parking lot and drove away," remarked Martin County Sheriff William Snyder.

Family members have stated that Nichols has since been discharged from the hospital and is recovering at home.

Sheriff Snyder acknowledged that the collision was an accident, asserting that had Swing remained at the scene, he would have merely received a citation. However, Swing now faces charges of leaving the scene of a crash causing great bodily injury, a second-degree felony offense.

The policeman was hospitalized with a moderate wound at the Tel Aviv Sourasky (Ichilov) Medical Center, law enforcement said, adding that they were looking for the suspect who fled the scene.

Another three officers were lightly injured and 10 people were arrested.

Demonstrators demanded a proper investigation into the incident, accusing the police of leniency toward the driver who hit 4-year-old Rafael Adana in May.

Seventy-year-old Carol Fassler allegedly initially fled the scene but was later arrested along with her daughter, Heidi, who is suspected to have also been in the car at the time of the incident. Fassler reportedly drove straight to a car repair shop after hitting Adana in an attempt to repair the vehicle and conceal evidence.

Law enforcement said they would not charge Fassler with manslaughter and she would only be held accountable for fleeing the scene.

Adana was hospitalized after the hit-and-run and died several days later.

According to viewership data published by Flix Patrol, a website that ranks the popularity of movies and television series across numerous streaming sites and content providers, the Israeli show is currently number one on Netflix.

The show has made the Top-10 list on Netflix in over 66 countries, including England, Sweden, Romania, Hungary, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Argentina, New Zealand and others.

Most surprisingly, however, Hit & Run has also been rather popular in the Arab world. In the first week since its premiere, it has been among the 10-most popular shows watched in countries such as Morocco, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, and even Lebanon.

In Egypt, too, the series has garnered particularly high viewership ratings. According to one recent feature article in the Egyptian press, Hit & Run and Fauda are changing the stereotypical perceptions of Israelis among Arab audiences.

Created and co-written by Raz and journalist Avi Issacharoff, Hit & Run tells the story of Israeli tour guide Segev Azulai (Raz) whose life is turned upside down when his wife, played by Kaelen Ohm, is killed in a mysterious hit-and-run accident in Tel Aviv. In the search for his wife's killers, who have fled to the US, Azulai uncovers disturbing truths and the secrets she kept from him.
