On Tuesday afternoon (5:00 p.m. Israel time, 10 a.m. EST, with a live broadcast on the Israel Hayom website), the first Israel Hayom Summit in the US will open at the Hilton Midtown Hotel in New York. For the first time, leaders who are shaping the strategic, diplomatic, economic, and social reality that Israel and world Jewry will face in the coming years will gather in the city with the world's largest Jewish community outside of Israel.

For one full day, a single room in Manhattan will become the center of gravity for the global Jewish conversation. The summit takes place at a charged and transformative moment: In the north, the most severe tension since the ceasefire took effect has been recorded, amid a global discussion led by the US administration regarding the issue of the day after in Gaza.

New York has recently seen a sharp rise in antisemitic hate incidents, alongside a political victory for a candidate who is wary of Israel. In Israel, citizens are still coping with a security state of emergency, civil crises, and the search for the outlines of the day after the war. All these issues will receive a single stage tomorrow, featuring the people who are at the heart of decision-making.

Unity across continents

The opening will focus on unity and strength: Yoav Limor will host the summit, which is being hosted by Dr. Miriam Adelson, who will open with a special, exclusive onstage interview with Mike Waltz, the US Ambassador to the UN and one of the closest figures to US President Trump. Immediately afterward, Ambassador Ronald S. Lauder, the president of the World Jewish Congress, will deliver a special address, focusing on the Jewish identity crisis in the US and a call for Jewish unity across continents.

In the first session, Deputy US Attorney General for combating antisemitism Harmeet Dhillon, Israel's UN Ambassador Danny Danon, senior figures from Jewish academia, leaders of major communities, and representatives of North American federations will take the stage. All of them will confront the question that is concerning every Jew in the city: Will New York (New York City) return to being a safe home? The strategic segment of the summit will feature the Biden administration special envoy Amos Hochstein, who will address the question hanging over the north: normalization or conflagration.

Evyatar David and Guy Gilboa-Dalal (Boaz Oppenheim)

Afterward, senior figures from Israeli communities abroad, representatives of KKL-JNF, and government ministries will delve into the challenges of building Israeli resilience. The afternoon will be dedicated to economics, media, and innovation. Ofra Strauss will discuss the role of local industry during a time of crisis, and Michael Eisenberg will be interviewed about the "11th Million" trend that is changing the face of the Israeli economy. Following this, former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, one of Israel's great friends in the US over the years, will take the stage for a special conversation to analyze the international system and the West's role in preserving the alliance with Israel.

Testimonies from captivity

The climax of the day will focus on the hostages, bringing together on one stage former hostages Evyatar David and Guy Gilboa-Dalal for a joint conversation about the difficult days in captivity. Earlier, the stage will host Orna Neutra, the mother of the deceased hostage Omer Neutra who was returned from captivity, and Yael Alexander, the mother of former hostage Edan Alexander. Also participating in the summit will be former Ambassador and Minister Gilad Erdan, Minister Amichai Chikli, Malcolm Hoenlein, Rabbi Dr. Ari Berman, philanthropist Sylvan Adams; Sar Shalom Gerbi, manager of the Education and Community Division at KKL-JNF; businesswoman Ofra Strauss; Yoel Zilberman, CEO and founder of the HaShomer HaChadash organization; Chairman of the Zalman Shazar Center Avigdor Kahalani, CEO of the Rashi Foundation Michal Cohen, KKL-JNF Chairwoman Ifat Ovadia-Luski, Founding President and Chairman of the Board of Reichman University Prof. Uriel Reichman, CEO of the Ministry of Heritage Itai Granek, Head of Communications and Government Relations at El Al Michal Gerstler, and others.

As New York finds itself in one of its most volatile and discussed weeks in recent years, an Israel Hayom summit opening next week in Manhattan will offer an in-depth look at the relationship among Israel, the Jewish community, and the American administration.

The event will take place on Tuesday, December 2, at the Hilton Midtown hotel, while the entire city remains occupied with a shifting political map, heated campaigns, and identity questions concerning more than two million Jews living there.

Tickets here: https://tickchak.co.il/Israel1

At the center of attention stands the meeting President Donald Trump and Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani held over the weekend. The meeting, which became a publicized and jarring political event, marked the beginning of a new era in the city – an accelerated governmental transition process, a tense security and social agenda, and especially a sense of uncertainty regarding the Jewish community's status in a reality where antisemitism is raising its head across nearly all of America.

The Israel Hayom summit, hosted by Dr. Miriam Adelson, arrives at precisely this juncture. During a full day of discussions, in-depth conversations, and panels, a long line of central figures from the American and Israeli arenas will convene. The goal: to sketch a clear picture of shared challenges and examine how the two countries can maintain a strategic alliance amid enormous political upheaval.

Among prominent speakers will be New York Mayor Eric Adams, Senator John Fetterman, philanthropist Sylvan Adams, Ambassador Danny Danon, Adam Neumann, Ofra Strauss, former Ambassador David Friedman, Avigdor Kahalani, Minister for Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism Amichai Chikli, and many others.

Alongside personal interviews, extensive discussions will also take place on the intensification of antisemitism, the future of American Jewry, the cost of war, the hostage struggle, Israel's standing in the international arena, and the day after the Iron Swords war.

One of the summit's highlights will be a conversation with two captivity survivors, who will share their story on stage before the local Jewish community. This event will stand at the heart of a broader session dealing with hostage families, the cost of war, and difficult questions that remain open for both Israel and the Jewish world.

At the day's conclusion, a series of panels will address the media's role in wartime and the Jewish future in the coming decade.

Former Minister and Ambassador Gilad Erdan, serving as President of Magen David Adom Worldwide and appearing at the summit, said, "As ambassador, I was exposed to the tremendous contribution of American Jewry to Israel's resilience. At MDA, we strengthen this partnership on the basis of mutual responsibility, and I marvel at each visit to see the immense commitment of our brothers here to strengthening MDA and saving lives in Israel. Thanks to them, we established the world's most advanced blood bank, and I believe there is currently enormous potential to expand the alliance and partnership to many additional fields."

Also participating in the summit will be: CEO of "New Shomrim" organization Yoel Zilberman, Rashi Foundation Chairman Shaul Shani and Rashi Foundation CEO Michal Cohen, Reichman University Founding President and Board Chairman Prof. Uriel Reichman, former American envoy in the Biden administration Amos Hochstein, Heritage Ministry CEO Itay Garnek, activist Malcolm Hoenlein, El Al head of communications and government relations Michal Gerstler, Deputy US Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon, and others.

Israel Hayom's "Tomorrow's Conference" kicked off this Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. at the International Convention Center in Ashkelon. The conference will focus on addressing challenges that emerged following the events of October 7 and the Iron Swords War, such as restoring a sense of security to residents of attacked communities, rehabilitating abandoned areas, strengthening the healthcare system, and providing solutions for children and youth who found themselves without organized educational frameworks.

President Isaac Herzog was the keynote speaker in the morning, telling the gatherers, "We will not be able to invest our resources in construction, rehabilitation, and renewal – as long as our efforts and energies are focused on internal strife. Listening, respect, and dialogue are the essential basis for the joint building that we now need like air to breathe, after the terrible rift." Dr. Miriam Adelson, who is Israel Hayom's publisher, delivered a speech at the plenary session and told the audience that Israelis will prevail together over the challenges posed by the war in Gaza.  "All of Israel is Israel Hayom – the Israel of post-Oct. 7," Adelson said, stressing that "we are a nation of revival" that knows how to spring right back up after moments of crisis.

Omer Lehmanovich, Editor-in-Chief of Israel Hayom, Addresses Tomorrow's Conference as well.

"This year, we naturally decided to hold the conference in Ashkelon in order to place the Gaza border communities at the center. It's not just a slogan but a way of life. Israel Hayom sees itself as a media outlet that wraps around Israel day by day – in a digital way, a print newspaper, and most recently also in radio news stations in Israel. We seek to bring voices to the center stage that struggle to find their way there, and we insist on being a unifying and reconciling Israeli bridge and living space, especially – and above all – in difficult times" he said in his opening remarks at the start of the event, before going on to share his thoughts on a video compilation showing how the paper's reporters responded to the unfolding crisis on Oct. 7 early in the morning.

"In the opening video, you met just a few of the voices from our team – who since October 7 and throughout the months of war have been committed day and night to bring the entire Israeli story to the public: The tales of heroism and courage of our fighters on the battlefield; the story of the 133 captives until they all return to us as quickly as possible; and the cry of those displaced from their homes. We are here to shine a spotlight and call for rectification; to remind of the atrocities and the justness of our war against our enemies, and to push for revival, a healthy society, and responsible leadership.

"This is the 'Tomorrow's Conference' – because our future begins tomorrow, and in the spirit of Passover, we must strive for the good of tomorrow even from today's distress. Rabbi Jonathan Sacks writes: 'The Israelites had not yet emerged into the blinding light of freedom, they were still slaves. But Moses was already lifting their eyes to the distant horizon of the future, making them responsible for handing on the story to future generations. As if he was saying to them: If you forget where you came from, you will one day think you are just another nation among the nations. If you forget the story of freedom, you will one day lose freedom itself.'"

Among the participants will be Ministers Benny Gantz, Yoav Kish and Bezalel Smotrich, and various members of Knesset. Also participating will be IDF Spokesperson Rear Adm. Gen. Daniel Hagari.

The presence of Israeli women on the frontline, in Israel advocacy, in education, and in civil society has come to the spotlight in recent months. To recognize this, Israel Hayom held a special evening on the occasion of International Women's Day that was dedicated to trailblazing women who have fought for others, who have stuck to their guns, who have contributed, and who have made a real difference in Israel this year. The event, held Wednesday night, is called "Their Stage."

Follow Israel Hayom on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

The keynote speakers were First Lady Michal Herzog, and the publisher of Israel Hayom, Dr. Miriam Adelson.

Israel Hayom Opinions Editor Moriah Kor opened the ceremony with these words: "Women view the world like a social network, while men view it like a pyramid. When women introduce themselves they say what their social status is, while men say what their role is. This is one of the reasons why the date of International Women's Day is engraved on the universal calendar. Women need a certain time when they are reminded that they have achievements. Achievements that are not only related to their social network and natural roles. Achievements that they are capable of reaching without anyone's help. Tonight, the Israel Today group will give its interpretation of this special day and the war we are waging, maneuvering between impossible fronts."

First Lady Michal Herzog, introduced as a lawyer and mediator, speaks four languages including Portuguese, and is the busiest volunteer at the President's Residence, spoke at the ceremony. "When we are in the midst of a difficult war, during the tumultuous days of fighting upon us from the very beginning, we are exposed to wonderful stories up close, not just as characters from history books," she said.

"It is hard not to notice one fact, astounding in its power: on every burning front that we have been conducting since Simchat Torah (Oct. 7) we find courageous women fighters, standing in full force, as the heroes of the hour: in reserve duty classrooms, in tanks, in ground forces, in observations along the border, in the police, in the IDF, in the security services, in local authorities, in spontaneous civil society organizations, in the business world, in education, welfare and health teams, in the rear and at the front, as reserve soldiers and as wives of reservists with the whole weight of the household on their shoulders."

"In spontaneous acts of heroism by lioness mothers who protected their young children with their bodies, in the self-sacrifice of emergency medical and rescue women under fire, in public diplomacy, in an uncompromising war for the return of their abducted loved ones, in powerful, upright and pride-filled eulogies full of love by mothers and women who have just lost their most beloved.

First Lady Michal Herzog with Israel Hayom publisher Dr. Miriam Adelson (Gideon Markowicz) Gideon Markowicz

"This evening is necessary and moving, as well as warranted. The scars of October run deep and within them is a special pain reserved for the scars left by the sexual crimes committed by Hamas against women and girls, crimes that to great horror continue these days against the abducted in Gaza. In their wake came the disappointment and awakening from the silence of the enlightened world and the turning of the back and averted gaze of women's organizations around the world. Israeli women fight tirelessly and bring to the forefront the voices of those who can no longer scream.

"For the first time, after five months, a UN report unequivocally acknowledges the terrible and systematic violence used by Hamas terrorists on that black day. We must continue to struggle to bring justice to the victims of that inconceivable violence. Personally, I want to share with you a source of hope and strength that accompanies me: female solidarity in Israel.

"In 1986 Naomi Shemer wrote a moving song for the Prisoner of Zion Ida Nudel. The lyrics seem to have been written for each and every one of us: 'How are you sister? It is gratifying to see how even in such difficult hours, women rise and stand at the front, as well as the home front. We extend a hand and know we will meet a sister's hand and know that together, with this courage, we will prevail.'"

"Against this backdrop, we need this feminine courage also around the tables of influence and decision-making at every level," said the President's wife Herzog. "We have learned the hard way what a force multiplier it is to open the ranks, to give an equal and influential place also to our sisters, women, our mothers – the unflinching female fighters. Just look at the elected women to understand the power of women to make decisions, lead, and initiate."

The editor-in-chief of Israel Hayom, Omer Lachmanovitch, spoke on stage and said: "I am excited to stand before you on this special evening, which is entirely about appreciation and gratitude for the outstanding activity of exceptional women. The uniqueness of all the women you will meet today does not lie in their gender per se, but in their dedication, love, and great sacrifice for the sake of the entire people of Israel.

"Since October 7 and during the five months of war so far, we have witnessed the immense strength and courage of women on a massive scale. We chose to hold this evening under the title 'Their Stage'. The natural responsibility to give women a platform rests on Israeli society as a whole, it's as simple as it sounds.

"'Israel Hayom is proud to honor women's accomplishments during this fateful period for the people of Israel and will continue to care for women and men in the campaign on all fronts. I want to thank the publisher of paper Miriam Adelson, for the backing she has given to this evening and to all the partners who enable us to do this important work."

At the conference, executive director of the Israel Collaboration Network (ICON) Yasmin Lukatz interviewed her mother, Dr. Miriam Adelson in a one-on-one panel. Lukatz asked questions about the influential women in Dr. Adelson's life, about breaking barriers, and the desire to continue pushing women to break through in many fields.

Q: Many times when they interview me, they ask who is a role model for me. Who is a role model for you?

"My mother, who just finished high school in Poland, came from a Hasidic family, decided to travel to Israel despite their rabbi telling them 'God is everywhere – no need to leave'. My mother finished high school, took herself, and went to Israel."

"My mother came to Israel alone and it turned out that her entire family was eventually murdered in Europe: Her parents, sister and brother, and cousins, everyone was murdered and she was left alone in the world with all the pain. Nevertheless, my mother held herself together and built a strong family.

"I learned a lot from my mother. I admired her that with all the pain of losing her family and at the age of 18 coming to a foreign country, not knowing the language or anything, and knowing how to stand on her feet. She was a figure with a good heart, strong, brave, standing by her opinions.

"From afar I admired Eleanor Roosevelt (the former First Lady of the US). Because there were no female journalists then, Eleanor Roosevelt held a press conference and said 'Only female journalists come' and that's how she brought women into journalism. She fought a lot for women's rights so she is the second figure I admire, as well as my first-grade teacher."

Q: There are female tank operators and female entrepreneurs I work with. But when I look up the air is thin, there are significant figures but not enough strong female figures in key positions. What do you think prevents this and what can be done to change the situation?

"I think we learned a lot during the war period, how much women can do everything, be tank drivers, by the way, a female officer was appointed commander of an air force base, it's just amazing. We can do everything, first of all, we have to want to and we need the support of the other women who need to encourage us and push us.

"I hope there will be great awareness of this and when they see a woman who wants to go into public office they need to help her and push her and not put obstacles in her way. I believe that in the next Knesset and there will be many more women, as well as in many other positions."

Q: You meet important people in Israel and the world, and you are involved in many organizations and activities in many fields, what encourages you?

"I am naturally optimistic by nature. I always say God will help and in the end, it will be okay. The state of war will affect us a lot, I hope there won't be a war in the north, it will affect our optimism and whether we will be less happy.

"In terms of women, we still have a lot of work to do, we have the women in Iran and there is a lot of discrimination against women, especially in Muslim countries. We still have a long way to go until they are free."

The highlight of the event was a ceremony in which Israel Hayom awarded commendations to prominent women in honor of their impact in key fields: defense and security, community involvement and contribution, health, Israel advocacy and international activity, education, economy, and innovation. The awardees were selected by a special committee, headed by Editor-in-Chief Omer Lachmanovitch, senior staff members of Israel Hayom, and various other partners.

"The State of Israel in 2024 tells a different story - it cannot be written without the female voice, and you cannot look forward without listening to it seriously. We have proven in every arena that where there is a woman - there is revival, contribution, and life."

The Military and Security award was presented by Maayan B., Robotics Project Manager at the Aerospace Industries Plant; the Community Involvement and Contribution award was presented by Yifat Ovadya-Lowski, Chairwoman of KKL-JNF; and the Public Diplomacy and International Activity award was presented by Marina Rozenberg-Koritny, Head of the Aliyah Promotion Department at the World Zionist Organization.

The commendations were awarded by prominent and senior women in the Israeli economy and society. The award for economy and innovation was awarded by Ms. Yafit Atias, who is vice president of marketing at the Rami Levy Hashikma Marketing supermarket chain. "In these days, when we need hope, I look at the situation room desk on the front line and at the Shabbat table on the home front, and see a woman standing next to both," she told Israel Hayom, "The State of Israel in 2024 tells a different story. You can't write it without the female voice, and you can't look ahead without listening to it seriously. We have proved in every arena that where there is a woman, there is revival, contribution, and life."

An event held on Monday in Tel Aviv celebrated the more than 1,200 heroin and painkiller addicts who have been treated by the Dr. Miriam and Sheldon G. Adelson Clinic for Drug Abuse Treatment & Research, giving them a new lease on life.

The event to honor the  30-year-anniversary of the founding of the clinic – which has since become the leading treatment center for opioid abuse victims – was attended by Dr. Adelson and other Adelson family members, Director of the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center – Ichilov Prof. Ronni Gamzu, Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai, former Jewish Agency for Israel Chairman Natan Sharansky, and the head of the clinic Yali Abramsohn.

Dr. Adelson, which founded the clinic in 1993 with her husband – the late businessman and philanthropist Sheldon Adelson – spoke at the event. "For every patient saved from addiction, there are also a dozen family members who are spared the anguish and burden of this disease. Sheldon, may his memory be a blessing, used to say, 'It feels good to do good.' I am glad to be able to provide some of my expertise for the sake of the patients and those who have needed it for the past 30 years."

Dr. Adelson, who has been one of the leading philanthropists in the Jewish world for many decades along with her late husband Sheldon Adelson, was among the several Israeli Americans to receive the prize in the event, with the others being: Israeli actress Gal Gadot, known for her star role in the Wonder Woman movies; Arie Belldegrun, founder of Kite Pharma and co-founder and executive chairman of Allogene Therapeutics; and Dovi Frances, founding partner of the investment firm Group 11.

"As an Israeli living in America, I am very aware of the importance of maintaining a strong connection and of building bridges between the American and Israeli people. Our backgrounds might be different, our journeys unique, but our collective goal is shared," Gadot said

"We are proud to honor these outstanding Israeli Americans, who have made a tremendous impact not only in our communities but worldwide," Shoham Nicolet, IAC co-founder and CEO, said. He added that "the IAC and Israel Consulate in LA were thrilled to collaborate in an incredible moment of unity and togetherness celebrating the miraculous existence of Israel and building bridges between the American and Israeli people."

Consul General of Israel in Los Angeles Hillel Newman said, "As consul general of Israel, it is warming to the heart to see a large gathering of Jews and Christians, faith leaders and community leaders, in honor of Israel's 75th."

Newman, who hosted the event just days after President Joe Biden marked Jewish American Heritage Month in a special White House reception, stressed, "This is a wonderful demonstration of the unbreakable bond between the Jewish and Christian communities and Israel."

Listen to the BBC report about the first Shabbat service at Bergen-Belsen after its liberation, and you will hear Jewish voices raised twice:

First, in the singing of Hatikvah.

Second, in the British army rabbi's assertion: "Am Israel Chai! The children of Israel still liveth!"

Note that translation: the "children" of Israel, rather than the "people" of Israel.

Amidst the ruination of the Shoah, that rabbi was already trusting that a new generation of Jews would rise from the ashes.
And we must similarly have faith in the future – especially here.

For what is the March of the Living if not a march of time, with young Jews, proud and unbowed, symbolically reversing the doomed transports at Auschwitz?

Even as we mourn our six million martyrs, let us rejoice in everything our people have managed to rebuild in the eight decades since.

And even as we sing "Hatikvah" for our beloved Israel as she turns 75, let us wed the "hope" that is at the heart of that anthem to conviction and confidence that Am Israel Chai. Or, to use the fuller phrase: Am Israel Chai ve-Kayam.

Our nation lives and will live on!

A cornerstone laying ceremony was held at the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center – Ichilov Hospital on Sunday for the Adelson National Center for Advanced Cancer Therapy.

Dr. Miriam Adelson took part in the moving ceremony, as did CEO of Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center Prof. Ronni Gamzu. At the construction site where an older structure once stood and the new building will be built, Adelson said, "This is where I began my residency as a physician at Ichilov."

In January, on the one-year anniversary of business Sheldon Adelson's death, the family of the businessman and philanthropist announced a substantial donation to the Israeli health system. Prior to his death, Adelson ordered the donation of $40 million for the establishment of a cancer treatment center at Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center.

At 43,000 square feet and 20 stories tall, the Adelson National Center for Advanced Cancer Therapy will be constructed in two stages over a period of five years in the medical center's southwest wing, situated on the intersection between Tel Aviv's Weizmann and Dafna streets. The tower will also be directly connected to a light-rail tunnel currently under construction in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area that will serve the thousands of daily visitors to the medical complex each day.

The tower will include basement parking floors, an underground wing for proton therapy, an oncology institute, as well as floors for inpatient units, clinics, and other institutes. The introduction of proton therapy treatment to Israel is big news for children and young people in the country as up until now, patients would need to travel overseas to receive such treatment.

At the national proton therapy institute, advanced proton radiation will be used for the treatment of cancer. Similar to other advanced radiotherapy technologies, proton therapy works through the precise transfer of high-energy radiation to a tumor, damaging cancer cells' DNA and resulting in the cells' destruction, without damaging surrounding tissue and with reduced side effects.

The Dr. Miriam and Sheldon Adelson ambucycle unit is comprised of 150 new United Hatzalah ambucycles, which were deployed nationwide when the ceremony concluded.

Ahead of the inauguration, the ambucycles were set up in Safra Square in the form of a seven-branched menorah. Following the ceremony, all 150 vehicles toured the Old City of Jerusalem in a convoy. Every United Hatzalah volunteer saluted Dr. Adelson for her support of the organization and her help in saving the life of its founder and president, Eli Beer, when he was in critical condition with COVID last year.

Beer spoke at the ceremony, citing Dr. Adelson's great work and support of United Hatzalah.

"This event was held to honor some of the greatest supporters and defenders of Israel, Dr. Miriam and Sheldon Adelson. The new unit, comprising 150 vehicles, is assisting 150 medical first responders in providing emergency medical care around the country, including the developing areas of the Negev, Galilee, and Judea and Samaria. This will significantly increase the effectiveness of emergency medical response in Israel. They will enable us to provide faster EMS response as soon as emergencies occur," Beer said.

Speaking to the ambucycle drivers and members of the public who were present, Dr. Adelson said, "I understand the magic of riding a motorcycle. It is clear that it is necessary for you and for the sake of everyone who you are helping. In your hands, these two-wheeled vehicles will work for the good of all. They will be used for the greatest good and the ultimate mitzvah of saving lives."

"Anyone who saves a single life, it is as if they have saved an entire world. With that simple statement, our sages of old summed up the entirety of Judaism throughout the generations. This was an insight that the other great religions of the world adopted, and they have representatives of their faiths among you tonight and among the volunteers of United Hatzalah in general," Dr. Adelson continued.

"When they told us that saving a life was akin to saving the world, our sages in fact commanded us to do whatever we can to save a person in danger as if the entire world were in danger. We are commanded to act quickly, it is our responsibility to do so. This is my blessing and gift to you," Dr. Adelson told the audience.

Jerusalem Mayor Moshe Lion also spoke, telling the crowd, "We are standing here in the square outside of Jerusalem's city hall in order to recognize and thank the Adelson family for their tremendous donation to the state of Israel, to the city of Jerusalem, and specifically today, to United Hatzalah. The Adelson family is one of the most ideologically driven and patriotic families that the Jewish nation has had in the recent past, and it is for that reason that we tell you all, and you in particular, my dear Miriam, thank you!"
