 The journalist, known for her forthright views, particularly regarding the Israel-Hamas conflict, outlined what she sees as three critical factors enabling global crises: "Evil requires three things to not only survive, but to thrive, in my opinion. One, weak leadership. Two, useful idiots. And three, a silent majority."

Addressing criticism of her stance on international issues, particularly her support for Israel, Molan emphasized her personal investment despite no direct connection to the region: "I'm a single mom with a six-year-old. He taught me to stand up for what is right. Always. Despite the often heavy cost."

The broadcaster shared evidence of her impact, noting: "My segments are shared and viewed millions of times online every single week. You all tell me they make a difference." She recounted a particularly moving encounter: "A woman in Jakarta stopped me at a hotel when I was there recently, a Muslim woman, and she thanked me.
