The Israeli military on Tuesday demolished the home of Muhammad Tarek Ibrahim Dar Yusuf, who killed an Israeli man near the Samaria community of Adam, in July.
Yotam Ovadia, 31, a resident of Adam, northeast of Jerusalem, was stabbed to death on July 26.
Yusuf was shot and killed by security forces at the scene of the attack.
Dozens of Palestinians protested Tuesday's demolition in the village of Kauber. The crowd began to riot as a military bulldozer plowed into the one-story home, with protesters torching tires and hurling rocks and firebombs at the troops.
The military responded with crowd control measures, including tear gas and stun grenades.
Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman commented on the demolition, tweeting, "During the shivah [week of mourning] for Yotam Ovadia, I told his widow and his parents that we would raze the terrorist's home as soon as possible. Tonight we have come full circle.
"We will continue to fight terrorism with an iron fist and we will continue to build in Adam and anywhere else where they [Palestinians] try to harm our citizens," Lieberman wrote.
Tal Ovadia, Yotam's widow, welcomed the move.
"I hope that this will generate some sort of deterrence, and I welcome the fact that the demolition was carried out relatively quickly. They [the Palestinians] have to understand that murder doesn't pay."
