An indictment was issued against 5 minors, ages 13-17 for allegedly raping a 12-year-old girl over the course of multiple months.
The suspects are purported to have committed the alleged rapes in their homes and in local bomb shelters, sometimes committing gang rape.
Some of the incidents were recorded, videos of which were subsequently passed between the suspects.
The police said in a statement to parents: "Get involved in your children's lives."
