Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Borysovych Avakov announced Monday that his government will allow some 3,000 Hassidic Jews to make the annual Rosh Hashanah pilgrimage to pray at the grave of Rabbi Nachman of Uman.
The visit was previously barred over the travel ban Kiev's government imposed on foreigners over the coronavirus pandemic.
