Sources in the dairy sector told Israel Hayom that the High Holidays, COVID quarantines, and rise in demand has led to increased demand for most liquid or semi-liquid dairy products.
Officials said that Israel's dairies were working full-time, and that by next week, supplies should be fully stocked.
