The Aviv Limited Edition residential tower, currently under construction by Aviv Group, will offer buyers apartments in the most desirable part of the most desirable city in Israel. The boutique tower has been turning heads due to its unusual design and fabulous sea view. The 19-floor tower is under construction at 1 Ahimeir Street in Ramat Aviv Gimel.

In today's individualist age, many buyers, particularly in the luxury market, seek to purchase and design an apartment that fulfills their specific needs and aesthetic sensibilities.

Merav Bilt, Deputy CEO and VP of Marketing at Aviv Group, explains: "Aviv Group specializes in luxury residential projects located in the heart of high-demand areas. The Aviv BeGimel project, which includes six towers, became an iconic luxury residential tower in Ramat Aviv Gimel, and the value of its apartments has continued to rise.

"Over the years we've met many clients seeking to adapt the apartment's design to their specific needs, and we are able to fulfill most of their dreams. Buyers in the Ahimeir Street project are looking for their dream home – a single-story apartment with a spacious balcony, a kind of villa in the air. Each apartment is different and unique. Our clients wish to express their personality through the design, so as part of the project we meet with leading designers."

Design flexibility

The Aviv Limited Edition project offers a variety of unique apartments and amenities, including an exclusive commercial center for the residents of the tower and the neighborhood. The center will include Shufersal and Super-Pharm concept stores, restaurants, and boutique shops. The project will also feature a luxurious swimming pool, a state-of-the-art gym, a sauna, and more.

After studying the specific needs of their target audience, Aviv Group decided to plan a tower with design flexibility, offering clients a wide range of apartment layouts. The tower includes a limited edition of 64 luxury apartments, with over 30 different types of apartments from which buyers can choose: garden apartments, differently sized units, mini-penthouses, and penthouses.

Clients purchase a unit according to their desired size and then adapt it to their needs and personal taste. All of the units are spacious and meet the highest luxury standard, with an emphasis on spacious hosting areas, high-quality and innovative finishing materials, smart energy systems, top-notch kitchens, and first-class raw materials and technical specifications.

Multiple sea views

Apartments with a sea view are the most highly desired properties in the Israeli real estate market and in general. The value of apartments facing the sea is significantly higher than that of other units. The challenge for the project's planners was how to create as many unique apartments as possible featuring a sea view. The building is located on the neighborhood's tallest point, and the low density of surrounding buildings affords an open view.

The tower, planned by Yashar Architects, features a unique and groundbreaking design: "The task we set for ourselves was to build a residential tower that would make the most of the sea view visible from the apartments. We wanted to create unique apartments that allow the buyer to make a personal statement. The building's structure is reminiscent of a Rubik's Cube.

"The apartments are arranged in six groupings of three floors positioned one on top of the other, in such a way that each three-floor grouping is set at a 15-degree angle relative to the building's axis. This creates a diverse spatial geometry, with large rooftop balconies placed along the entire height of the building rather than only in the rooftop apartments. The dynamic arrangement makes it possible to construct a large variety of apartments with large balconies and unique layouts. It maximizes apartment size and the number of balconies with a sea view."

Luxury standard

The tower consists of 17 residential floors above two commercial floors, with four underground parking levels serving residents.

The ground floor features a luxury lobby, manned 24/7, and a variety of high-quality boutique shops. The first floor above the commercial level features a semi-Olympic pool, a gym, and a spa with a lavish lobby, also manned 24/7. Above these two levels are 17 residential floors with differently-sized apartments that include spacious balconies, in layouts suited to the residents' different needs.

Located at the corner of Ahimeir Street and Ben-Yosef Street in Ramat Aviv Gimel, the tower offers residents the advantages of living in one of the best neighborhoods in the Greater Tel Aviv area. The beach is nearby, as well as the Alliance High School, Tel Aviv University, the Ramat Aviv mall, the Shuster Center, the Country Club, the Rozin Community Center, health clinics, banks, and more.

Aviv Group has been building and developing impressive, groundbreaking projects for decades, including the Moshe Aviv Tower in Ramat Gan, Assuta Hospital in Ramat Hachayal, Aviv Batzameret in Park Tzameret, Elifelet 26, Aviv on Levontin, and more. The group built the highly regarded project in one of the best luxury residential complexes in the neighborhood, "Aviv BeGimel."

About 70% of the units in the Aviv Limited Edition project have already been sold. The buyers include well-known businesspeople, property developers, corporation owners in the food industry, importers of luxury vehicles, and more. The tower's construction is set for completion in late 2022.
