The recent conflict in the Gaza Strip has led to an explosion of anti-Israel rhetoric across social media and a spike in antisemitic attacks across the globe.
Politicians, models, late-night TV hosts and musicians have used their platforms to share with billions of viewers and followers what they claim were war crimes committed by the Israel Defense Forces against Palestinians.

Pro-Israel influencers did not lag behind and immediately took to social media to stand up for the Jewish state.

One of those influencers is Natasha Kirtchuk, an anchor at the international multi-language news portal on Israel, i24NEWS, who spoke out against the disproportionate hatred and discrimination directed at Jews in Israel, and worldwide.
"Rape their daughters. Hitler was right. Who's Jewish in here? Those damn capitalist Jews. Damn socialist Jews. Jews control the media. Jews control politics. You're getting gassed in the morning. Have you heard someone say that before? Or write that before? I have," she began, recalling slogans chanted by anti-Israeli protesters in recent weeks.
She went on to explain that the Jewish population hit 14.7 million in 2020.
"That still falls short of the pre-World War II numbers right before the Nazis attempted to wipe out the entire world Jewish population. There were only 16.6 million Jews in the world right before the start of the Holocaust in 1939."
Putting this number into perspective, she said "Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid have 66 million followers and 42 million followers, respectively. You might remember that they are the two supermodels who have spread blatantly antisemitic posts falsely accusing Israeli Jews of being white supremacist colonizers in poorly researched infographics in what they claim is advocacy for the plight of the Palestinian people.
"They, of course, removed those posts later on after understanding the antisemitic nature of what they had shared with millions of people across the world, but I want to do the math with you because they both have three times even four times more followers than the entire global population of the Jewish people.
"There are around 15 million Jews in the world today because, throughout history, my ancestors have been attacked for their identities. Forget the Holocaust. We have survived attempted genocides, pogroms, and ethnic cleansing for 2,000 years from Spain, Russia, Poland, North Africa, and across the Middle East, and, of course, by the Romans from what was once known as Judea."
Kirtchuk referred to the Kingdom of Judea in the land of Israel, from which the Jewish people were expelled by the Roman Empire in 135 CE. In the hopes that Jews would forget their land, Emperor Hadrian renamed the land Syria Palaestina and Jerusalem to Aelia Capitolina.
Kirtchuk continued: "This week there's been a roughly 400% increase in antisemitic incidents in the United Kingdom ... There have been literally hundreds of reports of antisemitic incidents in the United States and across the world.
"And many of you will say now, but what about the Palestinians? The Israeli-Palestinian conflict has nothing to do with Jews on the streets around the world getting beat up, most of whom are Jews who don't even live in Israel, most of whom are Jews who can't vote in Israeli elections," she said.
Calling out social justice seekers who single out Jews, she said: "So if you – yes, you – chose to share a story on social media standing with our Asian brothers and sisters, our Black brothers and sisters, our LGBTQ brothers and sisters against all forms of discrimination, then why are you silent about your Jewish brothers and sisters? Why are you silent about us?"
