The Weizmann-Pinkas project, near Kikar HaMedina plaza and Yarkon Park, involves the demolition and evacuation of 41 apartments in three old buildings near Beit HaHayal (the Soldiers' Hostel), to be replaced by a residential complex including three buildings containing 73 luxury 3/4/5-room housing units and penthouses.

The Weizmann-Pinkas project is located at the heart of Tel Aviv's Old North area, on Weizmann 93/95/97, adjacent to the prestigious Kikar HaMedina plaza. The new compound, erected by the Rosio Group and Zemach Hammerman and designed by Arch.

Gidi Bar Orian, includes 73 units in three buildings with 3/4/5-room apartments with a floor size beginning at 70 sq.m. plus balconies, alongside penthouses, beginning at 120 sq.m. with balconies beginning at 50 sq.m.
