Nissan Shaham was convicted in April 2019 of fraud, breach of trust, and sexual misconduct involving several female officers under his command.
That ruling overturned a verdict the previous year, which only convicted him of the lesser charge of carrying out an indecent act.
Shaham's lawyers are expected to file a request for a further hearing on the basis of a disagreement between the judges over the breach of trust conviction.
Shaham will serve 10 months in prison and another five months of probation.
He was also fined $2,400 and ordered to compensate two of the victims $480, and a further victim with $160.
