Announcing the launch, Gadot posted an instructional video on social media with the caption, "I'm so excited to bring you what we have been working on for so long."

Goodles is "packed with nutrients and super yummy. Honestly, this is the best-tasting mac I've ever had," she wrote.

The product's website describes Gadot as a "lifelong mac and cheese lover" whose "bold leap into the startup world is just an extension of what she always tries to do: make a positive impact on the planet." Goodles has committed to allocating at least 1% of all the products it sells to organizations that address food insecurity.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Gadot said she fell in love with the comfort dish as a child.

"When I was a 6-year-old girl living in Israel my aunt and uncle who were living in America came to visit us, and you know what they got me as a gift for their visit? A bag filled with boxes of mac and cheese because they didn't sell them in Israel," she told the site. "That's how much I love mac and cheese."

Goodles is the first product from Gooder Foods. The company was co-founded by Gadot and her husband, real estate developer Yaron Varsano, together with Jennifer Zeszut, the former CEO of Cerebelly, which makes organic baby food.
