Online job marketplace and HR technology platform ZipRecruiter plans to double its Tel Aviv-based Research & Development site, the company announced Thursday.

ZipRecruiter currently employs almost 100 people out of Tel Aviv, with over 1,000 people employed globally. The Tel Aviv office is ZipRecruiter's largest office outside of the United States.
ZipRecruiter has the #1 rated job search app on iOS & Android. The company strives to ease the application process for both job seekers and employers through an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered technology. ZipRecruiter informs job seekers of the status of their application, letting them know when their application is viewed or given a thumbs-up rating by an employer. It also offers tools to help businesses find candidates, such as "Invite to Apply," which helps employers find desirable candidates before they even apply.
