Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has canceled his trip to India citing recent security events. The prime minister also tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday, which also contributed to the decision, Israeli media reported.

Defense Minister Benny Gantz, who was supposed to join Bennet on the trip, slated to begin on Tuesday afternoon, also decided to delay the visit, his office announced, citing the security escalation.
