Israel's north experienced a 3.5 magnitude earthquake Sunday morning. As the tremors were relatively minor, no earthquake alerts were issued, according to a statement by the Israel Defense Forces Home Front Command.

The earthquake's epicenter was located 160 kilometers (around 99.4 miles) northwest of the coastal city of Nahariya.
No Israelis were wounded in the event.
