An Israeli tourist drowned during a weekend vacation in The Egyptian resort town of Sharm el-Sheikh over the weekend, the Foreign Ministry confirmed on Sunday, saying its personnel were in touch with the family.

Another Israeli tourist dies over the week: 47-year-old Oren Barzilai collapsed and died while vacationing in Bulgaria. The circumstances of his death are not yet known. The Foreign Ministry said it was handling this case, as well.
