Pro-Iranian hackers said Monday that they downed the website of the Tel Aviv Municipality.

The claim, by Iraqi hackers, was posted on the Telegram instant messaging service via accounts affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
The hackers claimed they were "retaliating over Israeli acts of sabotage" in Iran and other Arab states.
The Tel Aviv Municipality confirmed its website was down for a while on Sunday evening, but noted the cause of the malfunction has yet to be determined.
