The Israel Police launched an investigation into a possible terror attack after a traffic accident that occured over the weekend between the driver of a private vehicle and a biker, who was hospitalized with moderate injuries.

A preliminary investigation revealed that the driver, 31 years old, was resident in Israel illegaly. he was arrested on suspicion of involvement in the accident.
Over the weekend, the Shin Bet said the suspect was taken in for investigation.
The incident occured in Tel Aviv.
