Dalit Krainer has been appointed to head of People and Growth at AnD ventures, the company announced recently.

Krainer as part of her role will be AnD'S organizational growth master specializing in organizational strategy and development, building teams and design companies to scale. With over 20 years of experience, Dalit has partnered with global executive leaders and leadership teams to optimize organizational strategies and drive companies to their next level of growth, ensuring they are future-ready.
"My journey with Roy Geva Glasberg is going way back, over 20 years ago, I was the VP HR in Yellow Pages and Roy started his journey as a business leader, since then we always searched for the right opportunity to work together, I am so excited to join AnD and contribute to its growth" noted Krainer on her new position.
