A heavy rocket was fired towards the center of the country resulting in damage to buildings due to Hamas rockets. One of the impacted areas was Rishon LeZion, a major city south of Tel Aviv, where a rocket apparently hit the top of a highrise. Two women sustained light injuries there.

Another location that was hit by the rockets was Kfar Sirkin, just southeast of Petach Tikva, where two people were reported to have suffered light wounds.
First responders said the casualty in Rishon LeZion was a 48-year-old woman who was hurt from shards of glass and a man who was hit with shrapnel. In Kfar Sirkin, a 13-year-old boy was hit by blast impact, while a woman was hurt while running for cover.

Sirens were activated in several cities, including Rishon LeZion, Petah Tikva, Elad, Rosh Ha'ayin, Bat Yam, and Holon. Sirens were also activated in Kfar Silver and Beer Ganim.
