The suspected terrorists, dressed only in underwear, surrendered and disarmed after facing the IDF's lethal force. One of them, who appears older, handed over a Kalashnikov rifle that was in his possession. This is the second time such scenes have been seen in the area after a similar incident occurred last Thursday. The terrorists were transferred for investigation and then for arrest.

Meanwhile, while lighting a third Hanukkah candle with soldiers and commanders from the Golani Brigade in regular service and reserves, Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Herzl Levi said this evening (Saturday): "We see terrorists surrendering. This is a sign of the breakdown of the system, a sign that we need to apply more pressure."
