As part of the support framework following the outbreak of the Iron Swords War, the Jewish Federations of North America awarded a grant of over two millio shekels ($550,000) to the Yozmot Atid nonprofit organization that specializes in revitalization and advancement of women-owned and led businesses.

At the outbreak of the war, Yozmot Atid, which assists thousands of women annually, established an emergency recovery program for business owners who experienced significant economic damage due to the war. The program is intended for women from combat zones who have been evacuated from their homes, and struggle to continue managing their businesses as usual, as well as for women who experienced a sharp decline in income due to the current economic reality.
The recovery program provides effective and immediate assistance, and includes a holistic support framework for business rehabilitation and recovery. The program seeks to restore the business to its full functioning, to prevent their collapse and promote long-term economic resilience for women and their families.
Tsofit Gordon, Yozmot Atid CEO, said, "We sincerely thank the Jewish Federations of North America for their generous grant. Since the beginning of the war, we launched an emergency apparatus to enable hundreds of women to rehabilitate their business, and this grant will allow us to strengthen and expand this support framework. Women constitute over 50% of the approximately 300,000 micro and small business owners in Israel. Most of them are single mothers who built their business with their own two hands, building a livelihood, and overcoming obstacles of education, culture, age, language and more. These women are the first to be harmed, but the last to be heard; they are the invisible women of the Iron Swords War. These women who are not looking for handouts; they want the tools and knowledge that will allow them to realize their skills and commitment to continued business growth. Their resilience is the resilience of the entire Israeli economy."
