According to reports, Hamas' Internal Security forces detained and abused Palestinians who had approached aid centers operated by the US-affiliated GHF. After returning from the centers, they were stripped, beaten, and accused of theft and "collaboration with Israel."

The scenes captured in the video bore resemblance to IDF arrests of Hamas terrorists. The footage showed terrorists armed with clubs, hand saws, and hammers escorting civilians under duress. The abuse appeared aimed at deterring Gazans from seeking aid outside Hamas' control, in an effort to maintain its monopoly on humanitarian distribution in the Gaza Strip.

Palestinian social media activist Hamza al-Masri said the armed men, who identified themselves as "Saham Unit" or "Hamas Security," claimed they were following orders from the group's leadership.

In a separate video circulating online, residents of the Muwasi humanitarian zone are seen protesting against Hamas. The demonstrators chanted: "Stop the war, we want to live. Leave us alone, Hamas."

Meanwhile, Palestinian sources reported Israeli tanks maneuvering in the southern and eastern parts of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza, an area where the IDF has not operated extensively since the war began due to concern for Israeli hostages held in the region. Until now, airstrikes have been the primary form of military engagement there.

According to Arab media reports, dozens of Palestinians were killed over the past 24 hours in Israeli strikes across Gaza, including in Gaza City, Deir al-Balah, and Khan Younis.

The reports also noted that eight homes and three mosques were hit in Deir al-Balah as part of ongoing operations against Hamas and other terrorist groups. Explosions and smoke were reported throughout the day, prompting dozens of families to flee westward toward the coastal areas of Deir al-Balah and Khan Younis. The Palestinian news agency Ma'an said two people were killed in one of the airstrikes while traveling in a car in the city.
