Gaza journalist Omar Abd Rabou, known for his harsh criticism of Hamas, reached out to British television host Piers Morgan seeking help escaping the Gaza Strip. In recent months, the journalist has testified that Hamas operatives subjected him to attacks and abuse.

In a post on X, Rabou wrote to Morgan, "I don't know you, but I believe your voice could make a difference. I'm trapped and in danger—please read my tweets and help bring attention to my situation."

Piers Morgan.. People have been tagging you, asking you to share my story from Gaza. I don't know you, but I believe your voice could make a difference.

Recently, Morgan, who has millions of followers, sparked controversy on X after the release of the shocking video of Evyatar David, claiming that Israel supporters reject Palestinian casualty figures published by Hamas but don't question the authenticity of Israeli hostage videos released by Hamas.
