Elbit Systems announced that it has won a $120 million contract to supply its Hermes 900 drones to an international customer.
The Hermes 900 is Elbit's largest unmanned multi-mission drone. In service for more than a decade, it has already been purchased by over 20 countries worldwide. Classified as a medium-altitude, long-endurance (MALE) platform, it is built for intelligence gathering, surveillance, target acquisition and regional command missions on land and at sea.
According to the company, the contract highlights the growing global demand for Elbit's advanced drone capabilities and further strengthens its position as a leading provider of cutting-edge defense solutions.
