A memorial gathering honoring the American conservative leader Charlie Kirk will take place Sunday, at Beit Shmuel in Jerusalem, organized by The Isaiah Projects and Gideon 300. The event will focus on principles Kirk championed throughout his career – namely freedom rooted in biblical teachings, which he considered essential to building just societies. Kirk's emphasis on Shabbat observance as a spiritual and family cornerstone, along with his steadfast backing of the State of Israel, will form the central themes of the tribute.
Pastor Rob McCoy, who served as Kirk's spiritual guide, will deliver the main address at the gathering. McCoy's remarks are expected to provide insight into Kirk's personal faith journey and how those convictions shaped his public activism. The event, organizers said, wll focus "on the core values and causes he passionately championed throughout his life."

Recording artist Nissim Black will offer a special address at the event, sharing his individual perspective on the transformative influence Kirk's life and advocacy had on him. Black's contribution is expected to provide an emotional testament to how Kirk's dedication to faith and freedom resonated across diverse cultural and personal contexts. Through assembling these varied speakers, organizers aim to capture the complete breadth of Kirk's legacy.

"By bringing together these different voices, the tribute aims to encapsulate the full scope of Kirk's legacy – from his theological grounding in freedom and the sacredness of family time to his geopolitical support for Israel – ensuring his commitment to these vital principles continues to inspire others," organizers said.
