Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said his country is prepared to continue attacks for as long as necessary and ruled out any talks, after US President Donald Trump said the war with Iran would end "soon."
"The firings continues. And we are prepared. We are well prepared to continue attacking them with our missiles as long as needed and as long as it takes," Araghchi told the American broadcaster PBS News. Araghchi said negotiations with the United States are no longer on the table.

"We have a very bitter experience talking with the Americans," he said, noting that both US strikes on Iran – in June and now – came after unsuccessful negotiations between the two countries. Talks are no longer "on our agenda," the minister said.
He claimed that the US and Israel "failed" to achieve regime change in Iran in the early days of the war and are now "without purpose."
