Cleared for publication: an Iranian missile from the latest barrage struck the Haifa oil refineries at two sites within the compound. No hazardous materials were involved.
Fifteen fire and rescue teams from the Coastal District are currently operating at the scene, where interception debris impacts were identified following the latest barrage. The forces are conducting extensive sweeps of the area and working to extinguish a fire that broke out at the site. In parallel, the teams cordoned off the scene and are carrying out monitoring operations to investigate a suspected hazardous materials incident. As of now, no casualties have been reported.

Missile fragments also struck a high-voltage power line, causing temporary blackouts in the Krayot area. The Israel Electric Corporation restored power to residential buildings quickly, though supply had not yet been fully restored to all industrial zones as of this report.
The strike on this site came as a retaliatory attack following the Israeli strike on the South Pars gas facility on Wednesday.
The Bazan (Haifa's oil refinery complex) also sustained significant damage during the previous round against Iran, Operation Rising Lion, which also killed three refinery employees and raised fears of fuel supply disruptions — fears that ultimately did not materialize.
