Hillary Clinton’s interview at the Israel Hayom summit in New York has triggered a wave of responses across international media. The former presidential candidate accused TikTok of shaping young people’s views in distorted ways and warned about misleading content spreading on the platform.

"We want to know that 10 years from now... places like Jerusalem, Beit El, Hebron, Shiloh... that they'll be in good hands," Donald Trump's envoy to Israel between 2017-2021, David Friedman, told the Israel Hayom Summit. Friedman defended Trump's controversies, saying "no one has ever come close" to giving Israel the kind of support. "He joined with Israel in a 12-day war in which he put his entire presidency on the line."

They want to kill us. But we can give up the summit of Mount Hermon,” he said. On Iran he added, “We had to defend ourselves, and in the future we will discover that this brought quiet.”

Malcolm Hoenlein, executive vice chairman emeritus of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, expressed concern at the Israel Hayom summit in New York over demographic shifts working against the Jewish community.
