As the investigation of a brutal gang rape in Eilat continues, the Israel Police were expected to request on Sunday the remand of six of the suspects for another five days.
As of Sunday morning, it appeared that at least four of the 17 suspects in the case will be indicted for rape. The suspects facing rape charges include two men in the 20s from Hadera and two brothers, both minors. The rest of the suspects will likely be indicted on charges of failing to prevent a crime.
