Ness, part of Hilan Group, a provider of services and solutions in the fields of information technology (IT), has signed an agreement to acquire DXC's IT services company in Israel, the company announced Tuesday.

In Israel, DXC employs nearly 600 practitioners who specialize in developing and delivering information technology solutions and services in all sectors of the Israeli economy.
The transaction is expected to close at the end of the first quarter of 2022 and its completion is subject to the accepted conditions.
Ness will acquire 100% of the company's share capital in the amount of $65 million.
The merged group will employ approximately 5,000 employees and managers.
