US President Donald Trump announced on TRUTH that "Effective immediately, any Country doing business with the Islamic Republic of Iran will pay a Tariff of 25% on any and all business being done with the United States of America."
"This Order is final and conclusive," the President added. "Thank you for your attention to this matter!"

Earlier, The Wall Street Journal reported that while Trump supports striking Iran, he could change his mind depending on developments inside the country and on consultations with his advisers.
Several officials added the that Trump may choose to strike first and only afterward engage in serious talks with Tehran, as the president appeared to signal on Sunday. "We may have to act because of what is happening before the meeting," he said.
The paper also reported that Vice President JD Vance is leading efforts to find a diplomatic solution and is seeking to prevent the US from being drawn into renewed fighting. Trump is also expected to hold consultations with senior members of his administration tomorrow.
