Following dozens of launches and a heavy barrage from Lebanon into northern Israel in recent hours, a woman of around 30 who had been in critical condition was pronounced dead. Two others sustained light wounds.
In recent hours, following relentless fire into the north, Magen David Adom crews responding to the southern Hula Valley sector were called to treat a woman of around 30 who had no signs of life and suffered severe multi-system trauma. The crews were forced to pronounce her dead at the scene. Additional MDA crews at the scene are providing medical treatment to two casualties in light condition with shrapnel injuries.

Following the impact, police forces – including officers from the Northern District, Israel Border Police operatives, and Israel Police bomb disposal experts – are operating at the scene. Route 90 has been closed to vehicle traffic to allow emergency crews to work the scene. The public is asked to avoid the area.
MDA paramedic Oren Naaman recounted, "We arrived at a difficult scene. In a roadside ditch, we spotted a woman who was unconscious with serious shrapnel wounds and multi-system trauma. We conducted medical checks – she had no signs of life, and we were forced to pronounce her dead at the scene. A man in his 20s walked toward us, suffering a shrapnel wound to his head. He told us that while he had pulled over to the side of the road during the alert, a rocket landed nearby and he was wounded by shrapnel. We treated him medically and evacuated him to the hospital in light condition."
