The overall figure for offenses has risen steadily since 2015, and the 2020 figure was the highest since counting started in 2001.
"Every single aspect of the Ukraine-Russia war is Jewish," the fliers said.
Incidents jump by 92% in March 2022, compared to the same period last year, according to a report by the New York City Police Department.
The summit will take place from April 11-12 at the Center for Jewish History in New York City and will be hosted by New York University President Andrew Hamilton.
Suspect Dion Marsh, 27, is said to have made antisemitic remarks after his arrest. He has been charged with three counts of attempted murder, carjacking and bias intimidation.
