9 students from the UK and EU states are labeled security threats after a violent campus protest.

The US president said "Israel has put a plan on the table" that includes an open-ended ceasefire after initial phase, effectively ending fighting until all hostages are returned. Biden says normalization with Saudi Arabia to be part of regional process.

They were named as Maj. Gen. (Res.) Adar Gavriel, 24, from Caesaria, and Sgt. Yonatan Elias, 20, from Jerusalem. 

According to foreign sources, Israeli tanks moved into the heart of Rafah for the first time on Tuesday. "The fighting in Rafah is not a pointless war," PM's advisor says, reiterating that the aim was to end Hamas rule in Gaza and stop it and its allies attacking Israel.
