Dr. Harel Menashri heads the cyber program and is a senior lecturer at the Holon Institute of Technology. A former member of the team that established the Shin Bet security agency’s cyber division, he is an expert on China and also lectures at Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences.
