A dual US-Israeli citizen, Rafi Lisker survived a multiple-stabbing attack by fighting off an armed terrorist affiliated with – and reportedly trained by the Hamas terrorist organization on the eve of Hanukkah in December 2016. Mr. Lisker is a resident of Efrat.
