As opposed to the previous extensions, the one announced Tuesday did not include any references to a specific timetable, thus effectively providing for an indefinite ban.
In a statement cited by Politico, the company's spokesperson Ivy Choi claimed the latest extension was approved "in light of concerns about the ongoing potential for violence."
YouTube first announced a week-long suspension for the ex-president's channel, which had over 2 million subscribers, in mid-January in the wake of the Capitol unrest on January 6.
The company subsequently extended the ban by another seven days last week.
Also on Tuesday, the company took action against Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani, handing him a 30-day suspension from its partnership program.

The ban means Giuliani will not be able to receive any revenues from the ads being played on his videos.
The company explained the move by accusing Giuliani of breaching its content policies by voicing allegations of voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election.
