Zoomin's platform continuously ingests evolving product information from all sources and delivers relevant, personalized product answers to each user. This includes documentation sites, customer service portals, support communities, product applications and more.
In 2020, the company more than doubled its number of new customers compared to 2019 and saw a surge in usage and adoption, with an over 300% increase in the volume of product content served through its platform.
Zoomin co-founder and CEO Gal Oron said, "We look forward to further powering our go-to-market machine and to radically enhancing what is essentially the front-line of every company."
The new funding will also enable Zoomin to increase market share in EMEA and expand into the APAC region.
