Loris.AI is developing an artificial intelligence (AI)-based system that helps service representatives communicate effectively with customers, as an alternative to the "bots" that often cause customer dissatisfaction.
The company employs an algorithm that analyzes the conversation between the customer and the service representative, as well as the customer's emotional state, and provides dynamic recommendations about how the situation can be resolved.
Loris' technology also breaks down all interactions and provides company management with insights.
Loris.AI is headquartered in New York with an R&D center in Israel managed by Ron Schwartz, VP of R&D.
