German auto giant Porsche has acquired a minority share of Israeli motor sport startup Griiip, which develops a cloud-based data platform that allows direct data broadcasts from race cars, the companies announced this week.

Griiip, founded in 2015, motor racing more accessible through innovative tools and advertises its RAMP Racing Media Platform as offering a new way of increasing spectator involvement.
