Azorim and Shalom & Natan have begun marketing properties in the Oliver project in Neve Hen, on Tel Aviv's east side. The project recently received a building permit, and will include 13 stories with 58 units of varying sizes – 3-, 4-, and 5-room apartments, mini-penthouses, and penthouses, going at an average price of NIS29-30,000 per square meter.

Neve Hen borders Yad Eliyahu on the east and Ramat Hen and Ramat HaTayasim on the west. It has recently been upgraded, enjoying an urban renewal and construction momentum that already reflects the high demand and potential of the area.

The neighborhood will be situated near Wolfson Park, along the purple light rail line, which is planned to open in 2026 on Neve Hen's northern border. It will include, among other things, a new commercial center, parks, schools, kindergartens, community centers, sports centers, and more.

Yoni Barel, VP of Sales at Azorim: "The Neve Hen neighborhood is part of the renewal and construction momentum we've been seeing in the East Tel Aviv area in recent years. Azorim believes this area will become the city's next real estate hotspot."
